So what can I say about today…

Well, I’m a bit disappointed with the final result to be honest!

I got a really good start and got up into 9th position on the first lap. I knew we had problems almost instantly as I had some really big moments from the rear starting in lap 1 when the tyres were new.

We had made some changes before the race and this was obviously the wrong direction. As the race went on I gradually got slower and the bike still had a lot of movement! To finish just outside the points was really disappointing but, I’m now thinking ahead to Catalunya in 2 weeks time and hope to have a stronger race there.

Without the finial position I think we had a fairly strong weekend with some good finishes in practice/ warm-up sessions so things are definitely moving in the right direction!
