It was a completely different picture than yesterday for the crowds at Misano today. Yesterday was all clouds and rain, but today thankfully the sun shone.

The form and pace of John McPhee could be more easily seen in these much more normal conditions.

Expectations for Qualifying were high, and John was certainly disappointed not be be a bit further up the grid, but he nonetheless has good hopes for tomorrow’s race and for being able to race competitively.

Even John’s 15th place was only a little more than a second slower than pole sitter Jack Miller’s flying lap – so he certainly looks to have good pace and potential.

John McPhee:
“I am not so happy with the position in qualifying today. We had some problems. It was coming better at the end. But still it what not perfect. We will try something in the warm up and hope I can get a better feeling.”
