John McPhee welcomes new 2015 teammate Alexis Masbou

John McPhee’s new teammate at SaxoPrint-RTG for the 2015 season has been confirmed as Frenchman Alexis Masbou.

The announcement was made following the weekend’s Aragon GP, and John wasted no time in congratulating Alexis and welcoming him onboard.

“Having Masbou as a teammate can only be good for me as he is one of the oldest, most experienced riders in the class” said the young Scot. “He has been very fast this season and has got his first race win in GP. Again I’m sure he will be very strong next season. I hope that first we can work together on and off the track to put SaxoPrint-RTG ahead of all the other teams and then, as the main aim is always to beat your teammate, I’m sure we’ll have an exciting season battling it out together!”
