John qualifies in tenth spot for Brno Czech GP

John McPhee of the SAXOPRINT RTG squad followed up Friday’s promising start at Brno with more solid work on another hot day at the track.

He continued his setup progress in FP3, coming 12th, and then converted this into a tenth position on the grid for tomorrow’s race in a tightly fought qualifying session.

John McPhee: P10 (+0753):
“I am very happy with this position. I was very nervous in the last laps so I waited to long to ride with some good riders. Finally we made a good lap and we are not so far from the front. We need to learn to do more laps like this in the future. But now I am happy with the position.”
