John McPhee set to continue with SAXOPRINT-RTG for 2016 Moto3 season

The Racing Steps Foundation is set to sign a contract for its Moto3 rider John McPhee to race with the new-for-2016 Peugeot Motocycles factory squad, SAXOPRINT-RTG.

It will be John’s fourth full season in the world championship 250cc lightweight class with the team which currently competes with Honda power.

John McPhee:
“This year has been a tough one for me and the SAXOPRINT-RTG as a whole. But looking forwards to 2016, we have a fresh and exciting start, with new management and a new Peugeot Motocycles backed bike which provides us all with a terrific opportunity to show what we are made of. I’m really looking forward to working closely with the Mahindra Racing and Peugeot Motocycles teams through the SAXOPRINT-RTG to develop the new bike. Hopefully my three years spent in the world championship and the experience I’ve amassed over that time will prove to be of benefit.”
