“Today’s result is not important” – John places seventh on sad day at the #ItalianGP

The Moto3 race at Mugello saw both PETRONAS Sprinta Racing riders take turns in the lead and earn a large number of points with John McPhee crossing the line ninth but getting moved up to seventh following penalties for other riders.

The day was of course overshadowed by the tragic loss of Jason Dupasquier.

The next event for PETRONAS Sprinta Racing will be the CatalanGP next weekend (4-6 June).
